Can I return my products?
Yes, Please contact us via form below, if you device is faulty, a renewd technician will contact you to discuss the fault or issue. If the fault cannot be rectified over the phone, we will send you a priority return kit to have your unit refunded, Repaired or Replaced.
Your 90 Days and One year extended warranty (Renewd Care+) does not cover any faults caused bty physical damages, product misuse or using the product outside the manufacturer's guidelines. Also, it does not cover products that have incurred a fault due to electrical surge and software issue.
Who pays for the return Shipping?
We Do! We'll send you a priority return kit, which means that you'll just need to follow the return instructions.
How will my money be returned?
Once we receive the return item, if you decide not to have it replaced or repaired we will refund your money via the same method you originally used to make payment. So if your Originally paid via Paypal, It will be credited into you payPal account.
