Product is in good condition, this classification is reserved for devices that will show evidence of heavier use that might include scuffing, heavier scratches, dents and chips on external surfaces, wear and tear will be visible on palm rest, keyboard and touchpad, screen may have minor scratches, white blemishes may be evident on the screen, hinges may have small cracks.
Our 3 types of Warranty.
Renewd has 3 types of warranty's with all products. We have Free 90 days warranty that comes with all products purchased from us. 12 months warranty and 12 months express replacement warranty. Renewd's warranty will be voided if customer opens the machine. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid spills. Renewd must be notified within 24 hours of product delivery if product has glass damage.
90 Days Warranty
Our 90 days warranty comes with all purchases where we repair the device within the warranty period. Renewd warrants this refurbished hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty is valid only in the country in which the product is purchased. A replacement part has a ninety (90) day warranty from the date of repair. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes Renewd’s property. When a refund is given, your product becomes Renewd’s property or we can offer you Renewd store credit.
12 Months Warranty
Renewd's 12 months warranty is available to purchase for an additional price. Renewd warrants this refurbished hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty is valid only in the country in which the product is purchased. If a defect exists, and Renewd is obligated under this warranty, at its option Renewd will repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.A replacement part has a ninety (90) day warranty from the date of repair. OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
Please contact us with your original purchase details via the website www.renewd.com.au before sending it is your responsibility to keep a separate backup copy of the system software, application software and data, and disable any security passwords. You will be responsible for re-installing all such software, data, and passwords. Data recovery is not included in the warranty service and Renewd is not responsible for data that may be lost or damaged during transit or a repair.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
Software is not covered under this Limited Warranty. Please note that the warranty does not cover the natural deterioration of battery capacity. Renewd is not liable for any damage to or loss of any programs, data, or other information stored on any media. Recovery and re-installation of system and application software and user data are not covered under this Renewd Limited Warranty This warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication (b) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not an Authorised Service Provider; (c) if any serial number has been removed or defaced.
RENEWD SPECIFICALLY DOES NOT REPRESENT THAT IT WILL BE ABLE TO REPAIR ANY PRODUCT UNDER THIS WARRANTY OR MAKE A PRODUCT EXCHANGE WITHOUT RISK TO OR LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR DATA.
The Australian Consumer Law & Your Rights
The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) protects consumers by giving them certain guaranteed rights when they buy goods and services. For example, the ACL requires that goods must be free of defects, and do what they are meant to do. Services must be carried out with care and skill. These rights, which the ACL says automatically apply whenever goods or services are supplied to a consumer, are called ‘Consumer Guarantees’.Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. Consumer Guarantees have no set time limit but generally, last for an amount of time that is reasonable to expect given factors including the cost and quality of the product or any representations made.

Excluding Desktops/AIO - Flat rate shipping $49 Australia WideOur products undergo rigorous testing to meet industry standards before they leave our facilities. This commitment to quality assurance may result in a dispatch timeframe between 12 to 15 business days for certain products.
Please note that these shipping options are for Australia ONLY, Singapore and New Zealand have different options.
We provide you with tracking information via email when your order has been dispatched. Please allow a few hours from the email being sent for the tracking information to be validated by the courier company.

Click and Collect
Click and Collect is only available for customers in Melbourne. A team member will contact you via phone or email to inform you that the machine is ready to be collected from our Richmond location.
Returns
All our products are covered by the Renewd 90 day warranty as standard. Please get in touch with us if you would like to return your item that is still under warranty.
Outside of this period please contact us. and we will see if Renewd support can assist.
Any software (if applicable) delivered with the refurbished product is provided “as-is” Renewd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of any software provided with the Product. If you have any software related technical problems when using your refurbished product, we suggest you check the product manufacturers support web site to carry out preliminary trouble shooting. Software related issues are not covered by the 90 day warranty. We offer a change of mind within 7 days of purchase, if you wish to change your mind after 7 days there will be a restocking fee.
All batteries are tested during refurbishment to ensure they are in working condition. The maximum capacity of any battery decreases with use and over time. Loss of battery capacity varies depending on the configuration and usage of the notebook computer. Model and features, types of applications running, and power management settings all effect battery life. Please note that the warranty does not cover the natural deterioration of battery capacity.
