Shipping Information 

We provide Free Standard Shipping for all our orders within Australia. Excluding Desktops/AIO - Flat rate shipping $49 Australia Wide 

Our products undergo rigorous testing to meet industry standards before they leave our facilities. This commitment to quality assurance may result in a shipping timeframe of up to 12 business days for certain products.

Please note that these shipping options are for Australia ONLY, Singapore and New Zealand have different options. 

We provide you with tracking information via email when your order has been dispatched. Please allow a few hours from the email being sent for the tracking information to be validated by the courier company.

If you have not received tracking for your order please contact us.

We also do ship to New Zealand and Singapore 

 

Click and Collect

Click and Collect is only available for customers in Melbourne. A team member will contact you via phone or email to inform you that the machine is ready to be collected from our Richmond location. 

 

Returns

All our products are covered by the Renewd 90 day warranty as standard. Please get in touch with us if you would like to return your item that is still under warranty.
Outside of this period please contact us. and we will see if Renewd support can assist.
